Proposed Raiders Stadium in Las Vegas Moves Forward With Digital Renderings

by Malachi Weaver

The Oakland Raiders are continuing plans to relocate to Las Vegas with a new schematic for their proposed arena. The Las Vegas arena already has $750 million USD approved from the state of Nevada, while team owner Mark Davis has pledged $500 million and has already registered three trademarks for “Las Vegas Raiders.”

The stadium is estimated to cost around $1.9 billion USD, according to a report from the Southern Nevada Tourism Infrastructure Committee. The SNTIC estimates that the city of Las Vegas will gain $51.7 million per year for holding sports events in the stadium, as well as another $100 million worth of media exposure from the team every year.

While nothing has been finalized yet, MANICA architecture has provided renderings of the proposed 65,000-seat stadium. Check some of them out below.
